There is NO FEE for:

Most major tour operators and cruise lines.

We do however charge for the following services.

Airfare only - not associated with a tour operator.

$20.00 per person Domestic US Travel within the lower 48 states.

$40.00 per person International/Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii.

Hotel and Car Rentals not connected with a tour operator.

$10.00 per car or hotel in the United States lower 48.

$20.00 per car or hotel in the Internatioanl/Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii.

Group and Destination Wedding Travel:

Please call for specific fees. A group is defined as a party of 10 or more traveling on identical itineraries.

Changes and Cancellations to paid Reservations:

Additional fees and penalties will apply for changes to any reservation that is under deposit or full payment. Rates will vary depending on the supplier and their individual charges for the change or cancellation. 

In addition to the suppliers penalties and increased fees due to the change or cancellation Designed Travel will charge a minimum $25.00 per person fee for adminstrative charges.
